Passengers from Emirates can now take advantage of layovers in Athens and use AEGEAN’s network to travel to a variety of Greek and European destinations. The same goes for those flying on Emirates between Athens and Dubai and, as of late, Athens and Newark.
A single ticket and baggage policy can be used to effortlessly purchase between Emirates’ network and eight internal Greek destinations via Athens according to the maiden codeshare agreement, which was established in August 2022. In order to provide their passengers with seamless travel connections between the two hubs, AEGEAN had also placed its code on Emirates-operated flights between Dubai and Athens.
AEGEAN now operates flights from Athens to 17 internal locations as well as 53 new locations in regional Europe and the Middle East thanks to this expanded relationship. From Dubai, customers can access Emirates’ extensive worldwide network of more than 140 destinations on six continents. Both airlines’ networks will connect to 200 locations around the world when united.
The airline websites, emirates.com, and aegeanair.com, as well as traditional and online travel agencies, are where these travel arrangements can be made.
