Nikki Beach Residences to open in Ras Al Khaimah

Nikki Beach Residences to open in Ras Al Khaimah

by Nathan Buabeng

Three branded residential complexes are being built in Ras Al Khaimah thanks to a collaboration between Aldar Properties and Nikki Beach Global.

They will be situated on Al Marjan Island as a part of a larger seaside neighborhood. Later this year, sales are expected to begin.

Fully furnished apartments with “curated living spaces and expansive balconies” will be available at Nikki Beach Residences.

A clubhouse featuring a café and restaurant as well as a hospitality suite for hosting events will be included in the common areas.

The project is also being marketed as Ras Al Khaimah’s first wellness-oriented neighborhood to receive the international FitWel healthy building certification.

Aldar’s first residential project in Ras Al Khaimah is this one. The DoubleTree by Hilton Resort and Spa Marjan Island and Rixos Bab Al Bahr, both of which Aldar purchased last year, will be next to Nikki Beach Residences.

Aldar Development’s CEO, Jonathan Emery, stated: “As Aldar continues to strengthen its presence in Ras Al Khaimah, our cooperation with Nikki Beach is essential to creating an unrivaled residential offering in an emirate that is booming as a hub for business and a tourist attraction. Aldar’s aim to build enduring experiences and thriving communities matches nicely with Nikki Beach’s global reputation and track record in upmarket hospitality. We anticipate shortly announcing further information regarding the project.

Nikki Beach Residences will give you the chance to own a piece of Nikki Beach in this lively area, and we look forward to collaborating with Aldar on this fascinating real estate development, said Lucia Penrod, CEO of Nikki Beach Global. We are very picky as we grow our international portfolio of properties, and we’re certain that Ras Al Khaimah is the perfect place to introduce our devoted clients to this brand-new style of living.

Nikki Beach has a name for its opulent beach club ideas after being founded by CEO Lucia Pernod and founder Jack Penrod. Nikki Beach currently operates 11 beach clubs, five hotels and resorts, branded apartments, and a separate fashion company.
