Toro Tapas Bar, which served tapas, has been transformed into Tortuga Island Accra by the owner, Ximo. Its menu features a variety of regionally produced international cuisine, primarily featuring meat meals like slow-cooked beef short ribs or grilled beef fillet, but it also offers seafood dishes like shrimp cooked in garlic and chilli oil with homemade bread and some vegetarian selections. The restaurant is one of the best restaurants in Accra.
Over the years the restaurant has managed to pave its way through people’s hearts with its cuisines and entertainment. Mostly every week you can enjoy a theme party organized with different DJs. It is a great spot to enjoy a cocktail and some of the international cuisine you dying to try.
