Influencers Turning Stylish Face Mask into the New Trend During this Coronavirus Period

Face mask plays a very big role when it comes to the spread of coronavirus since the outbreak. Since the outbreak, Covid-19 has caused the world more harm than good. For months now since the outbreak, no vaccine has been found to help fight the virus, and experts have come out with several precautionary measures to avoid getting the virus. Talking of these precautions include washing your hand with soap under running water for at least 20 seconds, the use of hands sanitizer, staying home, and wearing a face mask.

With Ghana being part of these crises, the president together with the health minister has to put measures to fight the virus. There was a partial lockdown and restrictions of movement when the virus found its way into the country, hence, President Nana Addo lifted the partial lockdown and movements but he advised the public to wear a face mask when out on daily activities. In some parts of the country, wearing a face mask is a new law and when found not wearing it there will be a penalty.

If you have read my other blog ( https://mrpocu.cosmowear.uk/lifestyle/fashion/kosta-williams-fashion-blogger-help-combat-covid-19-with-his-social-distance-artwork-t-shirt/), I explain how fashion is helping the fight of Covid-19 and how fashion designers and local dressmakers helping produce face masks.

The media is also one of the important channels to fight the virus. It educates and creates awareness for the public. Almost 95% of the planet get access to media platforms. These same platforms( television, radio, social media, etc) have great workers or influencers that what they say or do have impart on their followers or audience.

Talking of these media personalities, influencers and celebrities go stylish with their face masks while educating the public on Covid-19. Some even go extra styles putting their brand logo on these face masks. These face masks are unlike the disposable ones, these are reused after washing.

Our very own sugar daddy KiDi, Nana Ama Mcbrown, Kwadwo Nkansah(lilwin) amongst others have gone stylish with their face mask and their followers love it.

While following the precautionary measures, some of these influencers use a piece of their clothing to make the face mask and they look wonderful
