In ancient Japan, Kozo, or the paper mulberry, was an extremely robust and long-lasting material that was frequently used for woodblock and other prints, as well as communication and repair. About Kozo
Kozo translates to Asian paper mulberry plants are known as Kozo. Ancient Austronesians used the paper mulberry to make bark fabric. It comes from subtropical areas of mainland Asia and is among the strongest arguments in favour of the widely accepted “Out of Taiwan” theory of Austronesian expansion. This symbolises their core ethos and vision which is to inspire community building with a focus on social consciousness around the world through memorable experiences in world-leading spaces.
