For more than 15, La Chaumiere Accra has catered to its affluent customers with its elegant French cuisine. The core of the menu is basic and honest French food, from a crunchy niçoise salad to a beautifully thick and sticky onion soup au gratin. The structure itself appears highly colonial from the exterior as if it belonged to a plantation mansion in the deep south.

This French-focused restaurant takes pride in presenting what we can only describe as an enormous wine list to go along with the French-Mediterranean food, which has traces of North African influences. You will be surprised by the fast table and prompt service when you get to the restaurant and find a table to sit on. The restaurant is one of the best restaurants in Accra with fancy decorations to give your social media feed with beautiful pictures. This restaurant has a classic-chic interior with expertly set polished oak flooring, subdued lighting, and background classical music.
