My wife and I often frequent the many food court restaurants at Kumasi Mall. We had not tried PICE. Friday 11-November at 3:30pm we decided to stop for a pizza. We entered and a server approached us. She directed us to sit and then brought us a menu. We ordered a family size pizza to "eat-in" and were told it would take 45 minutes. We were in no rush, so we went to the far end of the mall and shopped for a while. We came back and went across to another store to extend our time waiting. When we go back to PICE, about 50 minutes had passed. No pizza-no explanation. We waited another HOUR and just as we were ready to walk out, the pizza came through the kitchen. (total time about 1 hour 45 minutes) While we were there, only one table was eating. Only three take-aways were observed. I questioned the server why it took so long and she said the machine was broken...? Right across from PICE is Peter Pan. For the sake of ratings, the family size there is a bit more expensive but much larger. It also has quality ingredients. Let us say their pizza is a 10. The PICE pizza on the other hand, was thin, undercooked, and tasteless. I tasted like a generic frozen pizza you might buy at Shoprite. Rating=1. We ate a few pieces and left. We had mentioned that we were eating in the restaurant. When the server brought out our pizza, it was in a box. She did not offer any plates. We had to ask. The TV's were playing nothing but music videos with a less than family theme. My wife was very uncomfortable. One video had a woman twerking? Are you serious about running a restaurant? There are dozens of restaurants in Kumasi that try to please the customer. This place was an insult to my patronage. From my observations, you'd better get your business together or you won't be there a year from now.
