Canada Visa Application Center In Accra

You can work, study, visit, immigrate, or start a business in Canada if you have a Canadian visa or permit. Hundreds, if not thousands, of Ghanaians apply for Canada visas each year in order to pursue better work, education, and quality of life in the Great North. The good news is that Canada will welcome nearly one million immigrants between 2020 and 2022 through a variety of immigration and visa categories. If you meet the qualifications for one of these programs or visas, Canada might be your new home.

Canada boasts one of the world’s most efficient skilled worker immigration procedures. It’s called Express Entry, and it can take as little as six months to process an application. In less than a year, you might acquire a permanent residence visa! Furthermore, personnel in transportation, healthcare construction, hospitality, and mining are in high demand across Canada, and this is exacerbated by COVID-19-related job losses.

Ghana Travel Restrictions

Ghana is open to most travelers again. I mean travelers from all over the world. However, you do need proof of your COVID-19 vaccination(s) or a negative test result before being allowed entry.

Many hotels, attractions, and private tours are open with new health & safety protocols in place, and you still have to follow certain guidelines. They are all good for our safety.

Popular Canadian Visa Types

1.Express Entry

You can apply for a permanent residency visa through the Express Entry immigration system, which takes as little as six months to process skilled worker petitions. Express Entry immigration does not require previous job experience in Canada, so you can apply directly from Ghana. However, you must have professional, management, trade, or technical work experience, among other qualifications.

2.Student Permit

Every year, thousands of students from all around the world attend Canadian institutions and colleges. They not only earn internationally recognised credentials, but they also have a variety of interesting alternatives after graduation. Graduates can apply for Post-Graduate Work Permits to begin their careers anywhere in Canada. Some students with qualifying degrees, such as medical graduates, can apply for permanent resident visas through Provincial Nomination Programs in the province where they studied.

3.Work Permit

A work permit is required if you wish to work in Canada. Because many Canadian immigration categories require you to work in Canada for a specified amount of time before applying for permanent residency, this is the most common visa category.

4.Atlantic Immigration Pilot

The Atlantic provinces of Canada are New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland and Labrador. This one is for you if you appreciate living near the water. Foreign nationals can apply for permanent residency visas and settle in these four attractive provinces through the Atlantic Pilot’s three immigration programmes. The Atlantic High-Skilled & Intermediate Skilled Programs, as well as the Atlantic International Graduate Program, are the two programmes.

A genuine job offer from a designated employer in one of the four participating provinces is required. The job offer must be for a full-time, compensated position with a minimum one-year commitment.

5.Agri-Food Pilot

If you’re a farmworker or have farm management abilities, you can work in Canada under a Seasonal Worker Program or a Temporary Worker Program, and you’ll be qualified to apply for permanent residency through the Agri-Food Pilot.
