9.Armed Force Museum

The military Museum is one of the few military museums in Africa. It is located in the Uaddara Barracks in Kumasi. The Prempeh Museum, Kumasi Cultural Centre, Kumasi Zoo, and Kumasi Central market are all within walking distance of the fort. The Ghana Armed Forces museum was built in 1953. It was time the colonial master of Ghana, allowed it to serve as a historical center where military history and might of Ashanti and Ghana as a whole could be learned.

10.KNUST Botanical Garden

Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology is the second-largest university in Ghana. This university host one of the most beautiful botanical gardens in the country – KNUST botanical garden. It was originally built to help research studies for the students but has been developed in recent times for other use. Though the park was built to serve the students and other stuff, in recent years the park has become a popular destination for local tourists within the Kumasi metropolis, hosting thousands of visitors in the city.
