You won’t regret adding the Central region to your bucket list if you are currently in Ghana or are planning a trip there. Bono East Region

Like the rest, the Bono East area was just established in 2019. Techiman serves as the new region’s capital. In 2020, there will be roughly 649,627 people living in the area. Despite being one of the more recent regions, it is home to several tourist attractions that will satisfy your travel preferences. Traveling there is a whole other adventure in and of itself. The area is my third favourite in all of Ghana. My three-month stay in Ahafo was novel for me because it gave me the chance to pick up new skills. It stands alone as a nation and a fresh culture.

Up until 2018, this area was a part of the Volta Region. It belongs to the group of freshly formed regions as well. There are currently 742,664 people living in the area. One of the best sites to visit in the Oti region is the Kyabobo National Park.
